Registration Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) relate to any player registration and should be read completely prior to any parent or individual registering with the Bayswater City Soccer Club (BCSC).

  1. The BCSC is a community club which provides soccer training and development to players. Any registration is not conditional upon what team a player will participate in or what grading a player will receive.  Your registration is to participate, train and play for BCSC.
  2. Refunds will NOT be issued where the club has provided the opportunity for the player to participate, train and play for the BCSC
  3. Refunds will not be provided for “change of mind” or because a player wants to play at another club or a particular team.
  4. The BCSC reserves the right to refuse an application for registration if the player or parent of the player or relative of the player causes harm and disrepute to the ethos and reputation of the BCSC.  This includes poor behaviour at games and abusive behaviour to coaches of BCSC, referees of a game or towards other parents and players of BCSC or other visiting teams.
  5. The BCSC reserves the right to cancel a registration of a player if that player or parent of the player or relative of the player causes harm and disrepute to the ethos and reputation of the BCSC. This includes poor behaviour at games and abusive behaviour to coaches of BCSC, referees of a game or towards other parents and players of BCSC or other visiting teams.  No refunds will be provided by BCSC for this form of behaviour.
  6. The Club, the parents and the players will abide by the Rules of the sport which are governed by Football West.
  7. The club appointed coach will always try and provide all players on match day fair time of play.  This may not always be equal time.
  8. The BCSC is a community club and relies heavily of volunteers and sponsors.  These volunteers donate considerable time to the club and should be treated with respect.  All players and parents should assist these volunteers regularly to assist with their child’s development and enjoyment for the game.
  9. The club does not grade players and participants for age groups 5 to 7.  These players will train and play as cluster groups.
  10. Ages 8 to 10 are graded into teams at the discretion of the BCSC and this grading process is designed to place players in teams that suit a level of skill and development.  This process can take some weeks and is not a science. It is acknowledged by BCSC that some players may choose to play in a lower graded team so as to play with their friends.  The BCSC does support these choices but ultimately rely on the volunteer coach for direction in these matters.
  11. Older ages 11 to 16 will be graded based on trials held at the discretion of the BCSC. Where trials are held, the BCSC will appoint appropriate coaches to assist with the selection process into teams. Coaches decisions are final and should be respected.  If a decision is not agreed with, communication can be forwarded to the club secretary for response or a registration can be cancelled. If selected and a fee is paid to hold a position in the team, this fee is noted as NOT refundable should there be a change of mind by the player or parent. 
  12. Age groups of 13-18 are expected to have a reasonable level of skill and appreciation for the sport of soccer.  If a player is selected in this team, it is their responsibility to strive at their best to be a part of the team.  Coaches for these older age group will play players based on skill and commitment and this may not reflect equal play time on the field during games.

As a final note, you are accepting these conditions prior to registering your child with the BCSC.  We are all volunteers and helpers of the BCSC and whilst we hope to always please, our aim and commitment is to the development and enjoyment of your child.

Registration Fees are to be paid in full on submission of this Application Form.

Non Refundable Fees

All prices include respective non refundable fees noted below:

  • Juniors under 6 – 7 ($200)
  • Juniors under 8 – 12 ($250)
  • Juniors under 13 – 18 ($275)
  • Boys 13 – 16 ($450)
  • Men’s Over 35’s , Over 55’s, Amateurs, Socials ($250)
  • Men’s Over 45’s ($200)
  • Women ($250)

Please consider your registration carefully. No refund will be considered for change of mind or personal circumstances.  All refund requests will be provided to the board for approval and all requests individually assessed. NO REFUNDS will be considered after 1st February 2026.

I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations set out therein together with the Rules and Regulations of the Bayswater City Soccer Club (Inc).  I understand that should I or my registered child’s behaviour be cause for monetary penalties being imposed by Football West (or the governing Body of the day) or the Bayswater City Soccer Club (Inc) (whichever is applicable), I am fully responsible for payment in full of penalties imposed.  I also understand that resultant from this action the Club reserves the right to immediate withdrawal of registration without refund.  It is expected that all parents will abide to the Football West regulations governing Parents Code of Conduct.
